What this is
Mail Worker Forms fills out PS Form 1164-E for you from the trips you enter, following the form's instructions. It is a tool for filling out the form. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the United States Postal Service.
Your claim is yours
You are responsible for what you turn in. Check every line before you sign, and follow your office's rules. Your office decides what it pays.
Miles
Miles are the shortest driving route Google Maps finds, checked both ways. Maps can be wrong; you can type any leg's miles yourself.
Price
Your first form is free. After that the plan is $1.99 a month or $19.99 a year, cancel anytime. Paid plans aren't switched on yet; until they are, the app is free.
